Do you want to learn what it takes to build and scale a marketing business from scratch? As a Business Apprentice and as an early member of our lean team, you’ll experience the full founder journey by working closely with the founder to shape both strategy and execution in: product & business development, operations, sales prospecting, market research, branding, marketing and strategy execution.

Our mission for this role is to prepare you to be one of the founding team. Over time, you’ll transition from apprentice to partner, earning equity in the ventures you help grow.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Founder across a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to research, benchmarking, insight analysis, administrative duties, proposal preparation, and outreach to potential clients.

• Be available for daily in-person work sessions at the designated office location.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related fields.

• Strong analytical mindset and a critical thinker, comfortable with data and research.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solver.

• Passionate about marketing, branding, startups, and technology (particularly AI).

• Able to use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), basic design (Canva), and AI tools (ChatGPT).

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn on the go.
